Cancellation Policy

Your $500 reservation deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel on or before November 9, 2026, payments made beyond your deposit will be refunded, less any non-refundable expenses already paid on your behalf.

After November 9, 2026, all payments are non-refundable.

You may transfer your spot to another traveler, subject to applicable change fees or supplier restrictions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I book my own international flight?

Yes. Guests book their own round-trip international airfare to and from Manila (MNL), allowing everyone to choose their preferred airline, schedule, seat and travel class.

Is the Bohol flight included?

Yes. Round-trip Manila ↔ Bohol domestic airfare is included and coordinated by Club Osa.

Where are we staying?

Sheraton Manila in Manila and a carefully selected resort in Bohol.

How much pickleball will we play?

Approximately four hours per day during designated Manila pickleball days, including clinics, organized play and opportunities to play with local Filipino players.

What pickleball level do I need to be?

This is not an elite tournament camp. The experience is designed around fun, organized recreational play combined with travel, culture and connection.

Can I travel solo?

Absolutely. Single occupancy is available. Guests may also request help connecting with another solo traveler interested in sharing a room, although roommate matching cannot be guaranteed.

Are all meals included?

Daily breakfast plus Welcome and Farewell Dinners are included. Other meals are intentionally left open so guests can explore Manila and Bohol’s food scenes.

Is transportation included?

Private group transportation for scheduled Club Osa activities, tours and transfers is included.

Are massages included?

Yes. Luxurious massages are included as part of the journey.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
